Windy Weekend To Be Followed By Some Rain Next Week

We are in the final stretch of hurricane season, but a reminder this morning from the National Hurricane Center tells us that it’s not over yet. Forecasters are watching an area over the Atlantic Ocean today, that some say might impact Florida. It’s still too early to tell for sure, but some tropical development is possible as that system moves north-northwest… drifting toward the Southeastern United States. While the storm system is not expected to create anything major, we will likely have some windy conditions here in Central Florida, and we could see an increase in rain and some storms by next Tuesday that could last into next Thursday.
