Brevard Teens Could Face Life in Prison

Prosecutors have now leveled formal charges against two Brevard County teens in connection with the fatal shooting of a teenager in Mims last month. According to witnesses, Da’Mari Wilson and two friends were walking in the dark on a path when they were ambushed by two older teenagers. Both 19 year old Robert Loyd and 19 year old Exzaviar David could now be looking at the possibility of spending the rest of their lives in prison if they are convicted of the charges they now face, which include second-degree murder, inflicting death by discharging a firearm, and two counts of attempted second-degree murder. Both of them are now behind bars in the Brevard County Jail, where they remain held without bond.
