World’s Largest Cruise Ship Now Calls Port Canaveral Home

The largest cruise ship in the world now calls Port Canaveral home. Royal Caribbean says the Wonder of the Seas, which weighs more than 230,000 tons and has a total capacity of about 7,000 passengers, will now call Port Canaveral its home port for at least the next two years, after the ship previously sailed out of both Fort Lauderdale and Europe. Currently on a 7-day cruise, Wonder Of The Seas is scheduled to return to Port Canaveral next Sunday morning and then depart on another trip later that afternoon.
