Constitutional Carry Law Appears To Be Coming To Florida

Under the terms of legislation that was endorsed on Monday in Tallahassee by House Speaker Paul Renner and the Florida Sheriff’s Association, gun owners may soon be able to legally carry a weapon without a permit anywhere in Florida. It’s referred to as “Constitutional Carry” in reference to the second amendment of the US Constitution, and it has the support of many, including Governor Ron DeSantis and Senate President Kathleen Passidomo.
