A man has been arrested by Brevard County deputies, who say he approached a couple with a firearm while the woman and her boyfriend were at a park Friday morning. According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Donovan Adkins forced the woman to go into the woods, where he then exposed himself, then stole the victim’s phone and took off. He didn’t get far. Deputies arrested Adkins, who now faces charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, resisting arrest, sexual battery and robbery with a firearm. He’s in the Brevard County Jail now.
