A Sebastian man was arrested after investigators said he sold Fentanyl disguised as Oxycodone tablets to an undercover informant. 33 year old Joel Flowers sent a text to an informant, offering to sell 250 Fentanyl pills for $2,500. He arranged to meet at a McDonald’s near Interstate 95, and sealed the deal… and his fate apparently… in the McDonald’s parking lot, where detectives watched and recorded the entire meeting. Flowers… according to investigators… picked up the laced Fentanyl pills from a known drug dealer named Marlon Clarke. On Tuesday, both Flowers and Clarke were arrested and locked up behind bars in the Indian River County Jail.
