Melbourne Police took two people into custody in Melbourne after the two ran from vehicle that had earlier been involved in a carjacking in Orange County. It happened after the stolen Volkswagen was found at the Manatee Cove apartments along U.S. 1 near NASA Boulevard in Melbourne. No officers were hurt. The names of the two accused carjackers have not yet been released.
