State To Seek Death Penalty In Palm Bay Slayings

The state of Florida has filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty for 26-year-old Ta’Shawn Taylor, accused of a triple murder and double shooting at a Palm Bay apartment complex. Prosecutors describe the murders as ‘cold, calculated, and premeditated.’ Taylor, indicted on three counts of first-degree premeditated murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder, remains in custody without bond. The victims, identified as Stephen Suglam, Angela Suglam, and Lisa Suglam, were killed in the incident. The case is set to be reviewed on May 3rd.
