A sunny rocket launch on Wednesday… SpaceX successfully sent 23 more Starlink broadband satellites into orbit from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. The Falcon 9 rocket performed flawlessly, marking its 12th flight. The booster landed on the drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean, and is now on its way back to Port Canaveral to be checked out and then readied for its next mission. Another Starlink mission is scheduled for tonight at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The launch window opens at 6:40pm and it runs until 11:11pm. Like yesterday’s launch, there will be no local sonic booms with this one, as it too calls for the first stage to return and land on a drone ship.
