A grand jury has issued a first-degree premeditated murder indictment against a Brevard County man for the death of his wife. Brian Estep faces the charges after the death of his wife Amber, whose body was discovered in a wooded area in Mims earlier this year, kicking off a homicide investigation. Estep was later arrested in West Virginia. The whole thing is believed to have started during a domestic dispute. Estep remains behind bars without bond at the Brevard County Jail.
