SpaceX Launches On Monday / Boeing Starliner Scrubbed

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket took another bunch of Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on Monday afternoon from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The rocket launched at 2:14pm Monday from Launch Complex 40. It’s first stage booster then flipped around and returned to land on a barge in the Atlantic Ocean… marking that particular rocket’s 15th flight. It was what was supposed to be the first of two launches from here on Monday. The second one was scheduled to lift off last night at 10:34 from Launch Complex 41 at the cape, but that never happened. Crews scrubbed the Boeing Starliner launch that was set to take two astronauts to the International Space Station after discovering a problem with an oxygen relief valve. SpaceX plans another Starlink mission tomorrow. As for that Boeing Starliner flight… it’s now tentatively re-scheduled for this Friday, with a launch window opening at 8:55pm and closing at 9:43pm.
