The owner of an Eau Gallie restaurant is headed to the edge of outer space this week. Steve Young…. who owns Pineapples… will fly Thursday on Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket. It will mark the 6th crewed mission for New Shephard, and the suborbital capsule will take Young and five others into space from rural West Texas when the launch window opens at 9:30am Thursday.
