13 Year Old To Be Tried As Adult In Brevard County Shooting

A 13-year-old boy, Emeril Tytron Lemuel Rachel, has been indicted as an adult on charges of first-degree felony murder and attempted robbery in the death of 30-year-old Kelby Gavin Miller in Cocoa. Authorities say the teen arranged to meet Miller through a social media app and shot him during a botched robbery on November 16. Rachel is being held behind bars awaiting trial.
