Suspended Osceola Sheriff Marcos Lopez Seeks To Sever Case From Co-Defendant

Suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez has filed a motion to separate his trial from co-defendant Sharon Fedrick. Both face racketeering and conspiracy charges tied to an alleged illegal gambling operation. Lopez’s trial is scheduled to begin Novenber 10th.
