A 71 year old Satellite Beach man riding an electric bike was killed Thursday evening after crossing into the path of a Jeep Wrangler near State Road A1A and Berkeley Street. The crash happened just after 6pm according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The Jeep driver was not injured and remained at the scene. Troopers say the crash is under investigation.
