Big Shark Spotted Off Cape Canaveral
An unexpected visitor made waves off Cape Canaveral. A colossal 14-foot, 1,700-pound great white shark named Mahone, surfaced yesterday afternoon. Tracked by OCEARCH scientists, Mahone’s pinged location was just northeast of the Cape. The massive shark, tagged in Nova Scotia, has traveled over 18,000 miles since being tagged.
