Merritt Island Man Facing Charges For Christmas Boat Parade Incident
A 25-year-old Merritt Island man, Cameron Michaels, was ticketed for reckless boating and speeding in a manatee zone following a December 7 crash during the Merritt Island Christmas Boat Parade. Michaels’ vessel collided with another boat, injuring three people. He is scheduled for court in February.
