Cape Canaveral Fires City Manager
Cape Canaveral City Manager Todd Morley has been fired “with cause” by a 3-2 vote from the City Council, ending his 23-year tenure with the city. The decision comes after concerns over his management of city departments. Morley, who was city manager since 2020, will not receive any severance pay.
