A wrong-way driver and his passenger were hospitalized after a head-on crash with a semi-truck on northbound I-95 in Titusville early Sunday. The 32-year-old driver was found in nearby bushes, while his 23-year-old passenger was also injured. The semi-truck driver was unharmed. The Florida Highway Patrol says charges are pending, and the crash remains under investigation.
