A 26 year old Palm Bay man is facing an aggravated assault charge after police say he pulled a knife during a roadside argument with a neighbor over speeding. Officers say Austin Hogan confronted the driver after the vehicle broke down at an intersection, then stepped out holding what was described as a hunting knife. Hogan later admitted he was upset and holding the knife, but said the other man exited his car first. Hogan was released on bond and is due back in court later this month.
