A former Titusville public works manager is accused of stealing city property using taxpayer funds.
Police say Jeffrey E. Wayner used a city-issued credit card to buy equipment for personal use, including a John Deere lawnmower worth nearly 2,800 dollars, then hid the purchase. Investigators say additional city equipment is missing, and Wayner resigned during the investigation.
