37 year old Justin Allen is accused of breaking into an SUV in a Publix parking lot in Ormond-by-the-Sea. Volusia County Sheriff’s Deputies say Allen used a hammer to damage the vehicle, later claiming he was taking revenge on an ex, though the SUV belonged to an unrelated Publix employee. Allen was found inside the vehicle with the hammer and now faces multiple charges including burglary, criminal mischief, and drug possession.
