A construction flagman in Volusia County was threatened with a handgun while stopping traffic near Interstate 95. Deputies say a driver pointed a gun at the worker and asked, “Do you want to die today,” after being told to stop. The flagman let the vehicle pass out of fear. The suspect drove off, and the incident remains under investigation.
