A 73 year old Indian man is in custody after deputies say he molested an underage girl aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Investigators say the man grabbed the child while the ship was still in international waters, an incident later confirmed by surveillance video. He was arrested after the ship returned to Cape Canaveral and now faces a lewd or lascivious conduct charge, with bond set at 35-thousand dollars.
