Four teenagers are in custody after police say they used a golf cart as a getaway vehicle during car break-ins in Port Orange. Officers responded early Friday morning to reports of suspects entering vehicles. Police say the 15 and 16 year old suspects tried to flee in a golf cart, crashed, and ran. K9 units and a sheriff’s helicopter assisted in the search, and one teen was treated for a dog bite before all four were taken to a juvenile detention facility.
