Melbourne Mayor Paul Alfrey announced flags at City Hall and all municipal facilities will be lowered for Patriot’s Day today, and to honor American patriot Charlie Kirk. The mayor offered condolences, saying, “My prayers go out to Charlie and his family. May he rest in peace.”
