A mother from Palm Bay is suing a Brevard County daycare center after her special needs son choked on a glove there, and died. Tarionn Hanner was just 13 years old when his mom’s attorney says he choked to death just after Thanksgiving on a latex glove while he had been left unsupervised at Angels on Earth, a daycare center in Suntree that cares for medically complex children. Tari’s mother, Kiyana Durham, has filed a wrongful death negligence lawsuit against Angels on Earth that is seeking damages of more than $50,000.
