In Titusville, the search continues this morning for whoever is responsible for the death of a man who was shot and killed early Monday in an apartment building. Late Tuesday, police released the identification of the victim. He is 56 year old Carl Wigfall. Titusville Police meanwhile, say they know the identity of who did it, and they are actively searching for suspects right now.
