Port Canaveral is now the busiest cruise port in the world, and business is booming there. As revenue increases and the number of travelers through the Brevard County port increase as well, plans are now underway to build another cruise terminal. If those plans become reality, the new cruise terminal, with an estimated price tag of $175 Million, would open in late 2026 on the south side of the port Because of more and larger cruise ships, Port Canaveral also is planning to expand its cruise parking facilities.
