A Brevard County man was arrested by Melbourne Police who say he was attacking women at a park with a knife and a shovel… while not wearing any pants. 38 year old Rogelio Espinoza is now facing charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; aggravated battery with a deadly weapon; resisting an officer without violence; and battery following the incident that took place at Brothers Park on Race Street. Police say they got a call about it, and when they arrived, they found Espinoza wearing a T-shirt with no pants or underwear… carrying a shovel in his hands as though it was a weapon. He was locked behind bars in the Brevard County Jail, with bail set at $27,500.
