Lots of people are keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Gabrielle, moving northwest in the Atlantic with sustained winds of 50 miles per hour and tracking at 14 miles per hour. Current forecasts keep Gabrielle over open waters, but still… it is the heart of hurricane season. A separate tropical disturbance near the Cabo Verde Islands has a low 20 percent chance of development. So far, so good for us here in Florida this year.
