The father of a young child in Cocoa has been arrested in connection with the death of the infant at his home. 44 year old Kevin Dorgan is facing charges including manslaughter. Dorgan was arrested Monday after he called 911 after finding the infant that had rolled off a bed and was between the mattress and a concrete wall. The child’s mother was at work at the time. He was locked up in the Brevard County Jail, with bond set at $75,000.
