The Wheel of Fugitive spun again last evening, and Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey named 40-year-old Stanley John Hemby the latest Fugitive of the Week. Hemby is wanted for Violation of Community Control in reference to being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Concealed Firearm or Ammo, and Possession of Heroin.
