Demolition got underway this week on the old Titusville Mall which was originally built back in the 1960s. When the debris is cleared, work will begin, and eventually the space that has been occupied by the mall for about half a century will become a $235 Million mixed-use commercial and residential development which will be called the Titusville Resort and Destination. It will include a 153-room Hotel, 100 units of assisted living with memory care, three restaurants, a 240-unit apartment complex, and more.
