World’s Largest Cruise Ship Headed To Port Canaveral In 2025

Port Canaveral is learning, like in the movie “Field of Dreams”, if you build it, they will come. A new cruise ship is coming to Port Canaveral and it’s a big boat! The Canaveral Port Authority has confirmed that Royal Caribbean’s Star of the Seas will begin to call Port Canaveral its home port in July 2025. The Star of the Seas will be the world’s largest cruise ship. It will cost $2 Billion when finished, and be 1,198 feet long with 2,805 staterooms on 20 decks. It will carry up to 7,293 passengers.
