Pythons Are Slithering North

After the recent capture of a giant Burmese Python in southern Brevard County, new evidence suggests that snake was not alone, and more of them could be slithering further north. Python DNA has turned up in a Central Florida waterway. Pythons have been hunted in the Florida Everglades for years. Now, one has turned up in Osceola County. Another one was found in October at the Kennedy Space Center. Scientists now fear that the python population in Central Florida could multiply quickly, and this is their breeding season.
