Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a death warrant Oct. 10 for 66 year old Bryan Frederick Jennings, convicted of kidnapping, raping, and killing 6-year-old Rebecca Kunash of Merritt Island in 1979. Jennings is scheduled for execution by lethal injection at 6 p.m. Nov. 13, potentially becoming Florida’s 16th execution this year. He had been on leave from the Marines and was drinking the night of the crime.
