Another SpaceX launch is planned this week. In fact, maybe two launches will be seen over the skies of Brevard County this week. Weather permitting, a Falcon 9 rocket will lift off Tuesday sometime during a launch window that opens at 5:35PM and closes tomorrow at 8:53PM. It will be carrying an ASTRA-1P communications satellite. The rocket will take off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and the first stage will land on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean. Then on Friday, SpaceX plans another Starlink launch from Cape Canaveral. Friday’s launch is planned to take place during a launch window that opens Friday at 1:47PM and closes at 5:47PM. The first stage of that rocket will also attempt another landing on a drone ship.
