A weather system east of the Bahamas is stirring up some potential trouble, but don’t get all freaked out over it, we are not getting a hurricane or anything in the immediate future. A low pressure area is now showing signs of development, but there’s just a 10% chance it could form within 48 hours and only a 20% chance over the next week. If it does, beach erosion, rip currents, and heavy rains will be the big concerns here on the Space Coast. We can still use some rain.
