Beginning Monday, Minton Road was shut down between Malabar Road and Jupiter Boulevard in Palm Bay for road paving, and it will remain closed until July 30. The project involves removing all the old asphalt and base materials for a new road. During the closure, drivers will be detoured to Eldron Boulevard. Those visiting the Franklin T. Degroodt Public Library will need to enter through the west entrance off Malabar Road via the City Hall parking lot.
