SpaceX Addressing Safety Issues

SpaceX has requested that the Federal Aviation Administration allow its Falcon 9 rocket fleet to resume uncrewed missions following last week’s launch anomaly that took place in California. The request comes as the FAA continues a public-safety investigation into a malfunction that caused a failed upper-stage deployment of Starlink satellites. SpaceX aims to restart missions by adding diagnostic instruments to the rockets. Under the request, crewed flights will remain on hold until the FAA ensures that safety measures are in place.
