An Atlas V rocket launched this morning on a secret U.S. Space Force mission. The rocket left the pad at Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 6:45, carrying a classified payload for the Space Force. This morning’s launch marked ULA’s 100th national security mission. The rocket followed an eastern trajectory. It’s one of the final flights for the Atlas V. Future ULA launches will be handled by ULA’s new Vulcan rocket.
