A 15 year old Brevard County student was arrested after allegedly kicking a teacher and attempting to take a school deputy’s gun. The teen faces charges including battery on a teacher, criminal mischief, and attempting to deprive an officer of a weapon. Sheriff Wayne Ivey said the student has a history of attacks on teachers and students and will not be allowed back on campus.
