Watching The Tropics

Believe it or not, we are approaching the traditional peak of hurricane season, and right now, the National Hurricane Center is monitoring two systems in the Atlantic. One, located southeast of Bermuda, currently shows no chance of development. The second system, situated in the Central Tropical Atlantic, is producing disorganized showers with only a 20% chance of development over the next week. Both systems are being watched closely.

**UPDATE: THE LATEST FORECASTS FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER INDICATE A POSSIBLE TROPICAL FORMATION, THAT IF IT INDEED DOES FORM, “COULD” POSSIBLY AFFECT OUR WEATHER OVER THE WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER 7TH AND 8TH. WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED.
