20 year old Xazavier E. Butler has been arrested in Titusville following a Brevard County grand jury indictment in the October 6 shooting death of 15 year old Ka’Ryah Duncan outside a Cocoa restaurant. 21 year old Jonterich L. Smith was previously arrested in Volusia County. Both face first-degree murder with a firearm and two counts of attempted first-degree murder for allegedly firing on a car carrying Duncan and two 18 year old men, who were also injured.
