Melbourne police have arrested 30-year-old Andrew Guzman of Palm Bay, charging him with first-degree premeditated murder following a shooting at the Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex Saturday evening. That shooting resulted in the death of 31-year-old Devon Lakes and left another man critically injured. Guzman was apprehended at a relative’s home without incident and is being held in the Brevard County Jail without bond. Meanwhile, the investigation into that shooting continues, and police encourage anyone with information to come forward.
