The sheriff emphasized, “If you threaten to harm our schools, we will find you and lock you up.” The arrest followed a tip from the FBI about a TikTok comment. Although the boy claimed he was encouraged by a friend, Sheriff Ivey reiterated that threats, even in jest, will not be tolerated. The teen is charged with making electronic threats and is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center.
