Construction on the long-delayed Margaritaville Resort in Melbourne is now set to resume. The $75 million project, which includes a 150-room hotel, five restaurants, and a public boardwalk, had been paused due to spiraling costs due to inflation. Melbourne Mayor Paul Alfrey now says a meeting to restart permits is planned for November, with construction expected to get underway again early next year.
