Here in Florida, we’ve had kind of a break from tropical action since Hurricane Milton, but now forecasters say tropical development could begin in early November. Meteorologists are now tracking some shifting patterns that they say could allow new systems to form in the Caribbean… all after a high-pressure dome kept two other storms… Oscar and Nadine… away. Ocean waters are still warm, and that means any disturbance could develop rapidly if conditions are right. Should a system form, it would be named Patty.
