A candidate for the position of Titusville Mayor is now facing charges for allegedly removing her opponent’s campaign signs near an early voting site. It reportedly happened at the Titusville Library, where Vickie Conklin was seen on body camera footage explaining her belief the signs were unauthorized. Police say she admitted to moving two signs, which displayed her image but were created by her opponent, Andrew Connors, as part of his campaign. Conklin’s campaign manager is also under investigation.
